Han originally went by the name of Han Sang Yul but before they went to the palace, another person (the guy who was hitting him earlier on) took his name so that they thought that he was the real Han Sang Yul. At that time, everyone just thought Han was someone extra staying at the palace from the company to help “Han Sang Yul”.
The prince just figured out that Han is actually Han Sang Yul (because Han kept answering to the name as if it’s his) and has most likely experienced terrible experiments due to how he is.
Man, that’s a lot of “han”…
He could still wait for him to be of age, mostly because his mind seems to have grown while he was with him, they'll understand both that it will have to wait (at least for a while because his body wouldn't even take it and if there's love, they wouldn't want to hurt each others). I don't think the author wanted for it to have that pedo vibe, but more about a complicated love story throught hardships, and space and time. Body and mind doesn't always pair the right way, a lot of people are going throught that fact for many different reasons (and many different ways). The author didn't show the joung boy version doing dirty things so maybe just read the plot for what it is and not what it could be?

Still there... Still doesn't know why, because the high level of toxicity is too sudden and too vicious. Yes, obviously it could be about traumatizing and all, but that's... really too vicious and too extreme when the beginning was so good (but also not entirely healthy already... ) C'est la goutte de trop.
