Yeah I think so too, cause I saw in another chapter that there were human dragons and considering that Aileen was sent to the tower because she lack Mana or something, I'm guessing that once Aileen replenishes all her Mana or something by eating the foods she was given, she will regain power and eventually turn into her human form.
