I think they were all born at the same time - like in anime, the teacher is the same age as her students... Meaning they were all born at the same time
So anime is full of bullshit, 'cuz in chapter 49 we can see her classmate is still baby, so others must be babies too - and not attending some school

I haven't watched the anime, but I've read some of the LN, and I think that the stuff about our MC as a spider and the stuff with her classmates are happening at different times. Like the stuff with the students (the prince, princess, duchess, dragon, etc...) is happening in the present, and the spider stuff is in the past. I'm only on Vol 4 of the light novel, but this is my hypothesis.
Ehem ehem. I'll explain as a novel reader. In the current time, all reincarnators live at the same time. So here in manga, the reincarnators are baby like the vampire baby. Our MC Spider was also about year or 2 years old now? In the anime, they imitate the LN. In LN, the first volume has arcs about our reincarnators but at the age of where they're already attending class and strong. So It's in THE FUTURE. While also the anime showed how our MC Spider travles and got strong.
Does that mean the anime portrays 2 different timeline? One is the spider mc showing us the PAST and her achievements and the other one are her classmates which are shown in the FUTURE and their "school life"....
Which means that the manga is the PRESENT and the PAST spider mc and the FUTURE classmates are finally going to collide?
