I'm someone who likes to have some privacy, and everyone deserves that. But I'm also someone who thinks that if you need absolute privacy, then you are not ready to be in a romantic relationship.
There are just some things that your partner may not like, so you hide it from them out of courtesy.
My ex used to even like to be in the bathroom when I was in the bathroom, or even be on call on speaker. He wanted to be a part of every conversation that I was in, and even wanted the camera in my room to be on at all times so he'd know when I'd get home.
