So basically, ancient mummy and his posé wanted to remove daddy jay as exec in dreamENT cos hes a threat. Wrinkly mummy, with majority of the shareholders of dreament, proposed jay be remove, and since the president is against it, they also wants to remove him. Decaying mummy was arrogant cos he has the majority of shares in dream prod (jay basically has no power on it now) so hes trying to monopolize the production of the memory drama (which is a major investment for anyone) and with the shareholders of dream emt, he has majority of the power in dream ent too. BUT daddy jay basically reversed unoed them. The thing with the drama there are alot of legal limitations with it and a whole ass politics in entertainment production. Basically the drama is a flop before it begins, cos as long as decaying mummy is producing it, jay (who has the copyright rights for the song that is essential to the plot) wont give it to them and would hinder any use for 10 years. Think if wicked used ari’s god is a woman song as a bgm (they have to get copyrights, approval, and pay for it). So problem 1 is solved. All of wrinkly mummy’s investments became air and he might face bankruptcy due to violations cos of that one song. Now, problem 2, pro mummy still wants to remove jay from dream ent. Which is solved cos the chairman han (jays grandpa) basically transferred all inheritance of jay ahead of time (grandpa is dying but is willing to give it ahead of time if jay pay the tax lol), and were talking about trust funds, assets, and shares (inc shares from dream ent) making jay the largest shareholder of dream ent and now controls management. So bye bye pro mummy in one go. Problem 2 solved
