well maybe it’s too soon to say all that tbh but the plot is thickening and i really like it, the build up has been pretty good so far too. we just gotta hope it’ll continue being interesting with such tension whilst uncovering whatever mysteries there are.
i’ve come to a conclusion that yeowoon is on the aroace spectrum, it’s just a headcanon of course but from what we’ve been reading it seems like he never actually had interest in anybody in general(?). it’s a spectrum so it’s not unusual for him to feel attraction, just that it’s so rare, and for the first time in almost three decades lol. anyways i’m happy he’s finally rethinking everything, it must be difficult but he’ll get there eventually #trust.
a realistic and relatable story between a person with avoidant attachment style and a person with anxious attachment style, flawed characters but the story did well showing character developments. the ml definitely grew on me towards the end once his past was revealed and he did some self-reflection, people might think he’s being dramatic but comments that might seem insignificant to some people might become the bane of someone’s existence, especially when it comes to homophobia, you really can’t tell if you’ll lose your family over it so it was understandable why it caused the ml so much distress. i’m glad the brothers were able to talk it out by the end.
this is really one of those manhwa you’d go back to reread for a long time
i actually get gunjoon so bad like i’m not saying it’s wrong to start a relationship from having sex first but it does take away that beginning period of time when it’s all about the emotions and getting to know each other without other variables getting in the way. of course all of this could’ve been solved by talking through it more directly, but i understand that not everyone are able/comfortable with expressing themselves/love through words. that’s why i get gunjoon’s insecurity and doubts, i think he’s lacking a safety net he can fall back on because everything started without the romantic feelings, some people really need that foundation before building a relationship on top of it. anyhow i’m really excited to see how the story continues, crossing my fingers that this conflict doesn’t drag out for too long, i really like it so far how the story is aware of the characters’ faults and flaws, holding them accountable most of the time.
idk about y’all but i’m eating up the slowburn, just letting it marinate and hoping for the best lmaoooo
