This isnt a summary in the order we see it in the comic, but i tried doing it kinda chronologically & I also skipped a lot in the middle:

Dr. Doh (MC) treated a guy called Jinwon (Crack), who often talked about his younger cousin (Father) that was involved in a kipnalping/murder spree with MJ. Father saw MC in a documentary on the crime & became obsessed, & he made Crack show it to MJ, who also became obsessed.

A few years after this, MC has moved to Korea & divorced his wife over a violent patient in a criminal case. He meets with a detective that tells him about a hunt & Father, & meets MJ on the way home. Shortly after MC gets kidnapped by the detective & the detective dies, MJ saves him.

MC meets MJs friend, Ice, in the cabin he gets taken to afternthe accident, & learns more about his situation. He realizes he's starting to like MJ, & meets Ice at a bar where he's given Cracks number but never calls. This leads to Crack kidnapping him (he's so damsel omfg) & MJ burns down the club Drack is at to get MC back. MC learned who Father is here, & starts investigating.

MC & MJ do some recovering & investigating & whatnot, & a woman whose husband killed himself requests MC as her doctor where she says some cryptic stuff, then kills herself. In this time, MJ dissappears & MC starts writing a doc on Father, so Father sends some goons after him. They reunite, & MC tells MJ, as well as Ice & his team, about the doc on Father.
