Webtoons are also drawn to accommodate being read over a mobile device, so it is a scrolling feature instead of a page flipping feature. Also! Japanese comics are known as "manga," while Chinese comics are known as "manhua" and Korean comics are known as "manhwa." Basically, the same word romanized in each respective language. The other user was confused because you referred to this as a manhua, aka a Chinese comic, when it's actually a Korean webtoon. Yup! That's it.
