Personally everytime skylar and cirrus fight, skylar always mentions cirrus' trauma. Not saying skyler loves cirrus less unlike cirrus loves skylar but it's just that one thing i notice. Twisted asf but wheres the character development chat
I mean if my boyfriend frequently got into violent outbursts and had a bad relationship with his father I would probably tell him “dude go to therapy your dad messed you up” which Skylar isn’t exactly doing. But people with trauma can be hard to be around. And it sucks because it’s not their fault they are traumatized. At the same time the other person needs to be free to leave if they can’t healthily handle the relationship. This isn’t 1 to 1 with Cirrus and Skylar but do you see what I’m getting at?
I agree with the no/ slow character development. In real life things would probably take a long time to progress but in a story it just gets draining to see the same issues again and again with almost no change.
