Starting to really hate mainstream manhwa's recently even more so than usual. They all feel the same; from the art style to the plot and characterization, and don't even mention the unnecessary amount of fetishization in really touchy topics such as such as abuse, incest, sexual assault, neglect, slavery and unbalanced power dynamics in general. They all honestly belong in the trash bin and are so obviously a quick money grab to fill their pockets. I don't blame anyone for wanting to make money but when hundreds of stories are being published within a weeks time and the ones that sell the most are just straight up the same garbage with zero accurate representation for anything nor genuine nuance and good writing, why even bother? These authors don't even care what they are even writing about themselves, so why should I?
I really like how beautifully author portrayed that how different people may look in other's eyes with or without reason.
