Ok so yeah what Hazuki said was wrong and I will personally fight him. However, the guy is totally suffering from not being able to meet expectations (that he set for himself), possessiveness, and jealousy (because otoha was complimented for his parenting skills and Hazuki wasnt.) Hazuki is still new to parenting so I'd like to think it's just the pressure of that building up and some jealousy towards Otoha mixed in. Either way it was wrong of him to say that to Naoto.
It could also be (i think) because of how they met. Hazuki was pushy when wanting to get with Naoto, and we saw that same pushiness with the highschooler too. He still has the mindset that if he (hazuki) could get with Naoto since he tried hard enough then anyone can, and therefore is insecure as hell. Hes insecure with his relationship and mainly himself. Anyway I'm so glad Naoto calls him out on it. Hazuki loves Naoto but doesn't trust in Naotos capability to trust other people. Whether it is because of what happened to Naoto or because Hazuki feels inferior for not being immediately good at stuff /he thinks/ he needs to be good at, it is still shitty as hell.
tldr; Hazuki is insecure and out of that hurt Naoto.
