ik people don't like mido and jichan's relationship rn but tbh I think it makes sense for them to have forgiven each other so easily. They give in to each other whenevrr they fight, they even say it themselves. And although what mido did to jichan is more than a fight, jichan's entire life is so heavily centered on mido that when he's reminded of how they used to solve their issues (mido always apologizing first) he just gives in. Both because this is how theyve always been, and because he wants to. This time both jichan and mido want to be in a relationship and are willing to change to do so. Or else jichan wouldve like straight up killed mido (i feel like people forget jichan is literally a gangster and can kill if he wants to).
btw this ain't me saying I agree with Mido's actions. Or that you have to like the story or Mido or Jichan. (i have a feeling someone's going to twist my words tbh)
What I'm saying is the choice of them being together DESPITE what mido did, makes sense when looked at from a character and narrative perspective. Also this is a love story so um yeah they will end up together.
