This got me so conflicted. So OG Raeliana is in Beatrice's body. And isekai Raeliana is the current one. So OG Raeliana prayed to be in Beatrice's body (guessing so she doesn't die or to be with Duke) and it happened. But she expected for the story to cater to her, but it wasn't after isekai Raeliana made her move. Now depressed Beatrice is trying to kill her and fix the story line. :/
And from what im seeing in the comments, shes still the main character even tho Noah is with Raeliana. So in the end Noah will still love her :(
At this point with all the wish/prayer making, might as well make the story free will because if that's all u gotta do to completely change ur life/destiny, everyone's gonna wanna wish to go to another body, restarting the story over and over.

It explained this in the beginning of the manga. He is half spirit because he was taken to the spirit realm for healing and was there for so many years.
And if he is not immortal, his ageing is definitely slowed by a lot. If I'm remembering correctly, that uncle of her's is her dad's younger brother, the uncle even bade a comment about her dads looks when he first came back from the spirit realm.
