wow, this story hurt me（/TДT)/
I liked that you couldn't predict what would happen and how messy it got. I cried and actively felt the love between the two childhood friends.
I liked less how beat up Natsuki got at some point and how the story didn't fully explore what exactly made Natsuki cheat or the third lead's feelings for Natsuki.
As it is, it just scratched the surface. This definitely needed another volume to breathe properly.
I like the trope 'enemies turned lovers', so this wasn't so bad. Also points bc Makoto Tateno.
For the rest, the worst part was the dubcon scene, when the only decent guy in all this got this top sticking his thing in even if the other wasn't that into it.
That aside, it was decent; a by the book old time BL.
Khaol's not going to grow out of his own selfishness any time soon then? And I still don't buy it's love what he feels for Kaveri, to me everything happened because he was attracted to River's family head and that's why he went there the day he found them fucking. Then Khaol blamed him for his own mistake and his own betrayal of Kaveri.
I loved this chapter, after 4 years it's natural things can't be like they were before and there's the whole case with Kido to solve too. I think the key to shake things up is Doumeki finding out that Yashiro hasn't had anyone else since (don't remember if this was actually mentioned or not but I think this is the case all the same) and Yashiro finding out he's probably the reason Doumeki stayed a yakuza and joined this new group.
Right now there are so many misunderstandings between them and they're so hurt by each other that sleeping together wouldn't have been meaningful, since Yashiro thinks Doumeki hates him and Doumeki doesn't know Yashiro loves him.
Actually, I think Doumeki may know Yashiro loves him but he's more angry about having being thrown away... So if they want to go back together and fuck, there's this issue too, together with the whole "Doumeki is in a different group now" to solve. Which I think will pose A LOT of problems. But it's the reason Doumeki could find Yashiro again, so...
