I saw people talking about Rei or Kazuha but I figured it was obvious that at some point his personalities would come together. Idk I feel like hes reached a point where he doesn't need each aspect of himself separated from the others as a way to cope with certain problems hes had. Hes reached a point where he can accept all parts of him and all that has happened up til now, it's like he was a scattered puzzle and now with his cuties help it's all coming together. Once it does there's not gonna be any separate parts of him, it's just going to be him. Regardless of them all having different names and such all of them are a part of him and always have been and always will be so it cant just be Rei or Kazuha. At least that's how I see it, I am curious about what name he's gonna take on or if he'll even take on a new one
I feel similar to you. I think some of the alters were always closely related to Yuma, and having a close relationship with him years from their birth has help overcome some of the cracks on Kasuha's mind.
I think there are three main questions still on the air.
1- What triggered Rei's birth
2- Who is the "mature" alter, the one Yuma only watched from afar
3- If Rei and Kasuha will come to terms to stay both with Yuma, or one of them will disappear. (The translators did suggest that the ending won't be so clinically accurate)

The seme in this story was the most annoying frustrating guy ever. Ice cold with no respect for the uke, or at least not enough respect to sit down and talk to him like he's a grown fucking adult. Running away and saying mean shit to push him away, extremely childish. Then he said he loved him after all that shit. It didn't feel like two people struggling to communicate finally coming to terms, it felt like a man just giving up on pushing someone away because he's annoyed at having to try so often. That's just my take but I did like the uke and I wish the seme was a better, there's only so much you can push someone away before you seriously hurt them

Yes, lovely lovely character development... for the most part. The white haired one still gets petty jealous, but he tries y'know. Overall, their relationship toes from wtf to mature so there is some definite development.
I think the end thoughts were seungho, all the closing shots with those thoughts were focused on him rather than nakyum and he has a weird look in his eye as well. It makes more sense for them to be his thoughts too since he's the one who slept around so much and has been around so many naked bodied. Nakyum regardless of the circumstance usually conveys what he's thinking and he already shared what he thought during the chappie. Dunno makes more sense for those to be seungho. Also take into account the fact that Seungho is mad that nakyum is being submissive and wanted him to tell him why, so it'd make sense for him to ask why it matters what their thoughts are since he's inconsiderate and doesn't give a second thought to anyone else

Wouldn't been satisfied if ryuuji didn't blush like a teenage girl over baba all the fucking time. It wasn't like he was pushing away an ex lover who cheated on him, it was like some tsundere highschooler and that pissed me off a looot. Baba is not forgiven, not in my books
The rating on this manga is too high lol Yuuji is a piece of shit and Chika is a fucking fool. Chika pushes past the boundaries of a cute naive blindly loving uke. He's annoying and incredibly foolish with little self worth. Yuuji is the worst kind of trash and doesn't deserve any of the hand holding he got from his friends or Chika. Literally no one called him out properly on being a fucking cheater? What in the actual hell was this bullshit?
So unproblematic, so cute, so funny. A wholesome relationship where no one's getting raped or emotionally/physically abused. Absolutely wonderful.
