That's literally not what I said. I said he's manipulative. As in the words he use to turn mc away from mirae are toxic. And the fact that he's trying to anyway, as if it's any of his business who he's friends with. It has nothing to do with returning his feelings, I never said anything like that. And the fact that you'd assume a person is a gangster based on a first glance says a lot about a person. Why would you make an assumption based on appearance when you literally never talked to the other person at all? One of my aunties is a tall muscled black woman covered with tattoos. She's a mother, a business woman, and one of the most calm people you'll ever meet. She gets a lot of shit for the way she looks too.

One of the points in this manga is to not judge a book by its cover. His friend might be worrying about him but his expression of worry is toxic and discriminatory.

@mrsokumara 1. i would also regard an active gangster with apprehension. I wouldn't hate the person which Ryun is also not doing, but I definitely would be wary.
2. lmao the MC HIMSELF cares about the friend returning feelings - that's the main conflict [ryun not being gay] that allegedly makes their relationship "toxic". are you not using reading comprehension or are you just reacting blindly?

@potuko pffft people have self-agency. MC has been keeping himself in that bubble in the hopeless hope that one day Ryun would look at him romantically. the pancake thing was so pathetic bc it's obvious what he wanted and even though Ryun is not gay he still went along and forced himself to eat a bit of the pancakes.

? Jesus christ did you not read anything I said? I want him to be WITH MIRAE, I dont care about his friend returning his feelings and most of the people reading don't either. The issue is his suddenly trying to dictate who mc is friends with on top of mc pointing out that his friend has never cared before what mc has done. This goes beyond a simple conversation, he's literally confronting him multiple times and urging him to tell him everything and to not hang out with him anymore after simply seeing them hang out. Why would you not care at all what your friend is involved in, then all of a sudden as soon as they start hanging out with someone else you get upset. Also he literally doesn't know anything about Mirae. That gangster point is a reflection of the fact that you'd also profile Mirae based on his looks. We know what Mirae does, his friend doesn't. Us pointing out his toxic behavior isn't us trying to get angry because he doesn't like mc. And to be frank it's completely stupid that you'd think that was the reason. He has every right to his sexuality, we don't care if he's straight and has a girlfriend. That's who he is. We do care when he starts trying to manipulate his friend.

Why would someone who's drunk at a party who barely knows anything about someone have to tell them they only want sex with them? People don't fall in love as soon as they have sex.
