Ai Qi (A) was perfect as just a side character who's a popular idol that supported Yi.
Yes, the author can dive deeper into A's life and story and most readers would enjoy that. But why focus on pseudo incest? Why make A's older brother have a crush on A? Imo, it's really just unnecessary. Please, I hope A rejects his brother's confession and they will both move on while maintaining a good relationship at least. I understand why ppl would hate the ML or get annoyed with Winter, but try to understand the plot at least? Winter was rejected, but he said that he wanted him and Gyeol to act the same as they had before. Which is what Gyeol is doing now. Gyeol checks in on Winter by texting, like he did before, gives Winter advice when he needs it, and meets up with Winter when he's having trouble. That's how Gyeol was before Winter developed feelings for him. And now, Gyeol is making his affectionate more apparent to Winter, showing that he's taking a step forward with their relationship.
And we all know that Winter is mentally unwell. He panics and now that his trauma has resurfaced, he's more cautious and scared of his surroundings. He said that he wants to get better for his career and band mates, so he seeks help from his therapist. Winter follows the therapist's suggestions, and someone he truly trusts and wants to share his thoughts with is Gyeol, since he brings Winter comfort. Like, do some of these commentors not understand their characters or personalities yet atp??
