It was something he would expect of Earthy, but it was unexpected from Jigu. I think Jigu is able to act differently as Earthstar since he is online. He can forget how shy he is in real life.
My point is that Neuta then joined the personalities and understood that Earthstar would 100% keep the secret and tease him about it. And he himself acts differently when he is playing the game, so it wasn't such a stretch for him to accept it.
