I hated how the story ended with Choi and Mi Ri very obviously being a couple, it's not explicitly stated but I feel like it was done in a way where it's meant to go without saying, and then the side chapters come around . . . And they get only one chapter dedicated to them. And all we see of them is an unerotic handjob scene that doesn't actually show anything. Are you serious?

It's a funny ending and I liked it but I also need Calahan and Johnny to be together, it's not satisfying having the story end like that ლ(´ڡ`ლ) and even once the reveal about his birthmark comes to light he tells Calahan he wasn't lying so I'm not 100% sure the whole "Johnny the Scammer" thing is really even true tbh maybe it's all a misunderstanding?
Man I feel like I'm the only one who just didn't like him. I feel like the biggest issue, which admittedly is more about writing than the character himself, is that he didn't realize his feelings until quite literally the last 10 chapters . . . Even though his "subconscious" feelings of love towards Seo Yeon-Oh had been so, so obvious for like half of the story. That's not a slow burn, it's just frustrating
I also just never got over the big fight those two had near the end. Jaehyuk was kissing and fucking him in private where no one could see, they had actual intimacy of a real relationship, in general they were sharing moments that would only make sense if you both liked each other, and then he has the gall to act all shocked over Yeon-Oh thinking they could possibly have a real relationship? He needs to die like genuinely

i love yeonoh so much so im happy he got a good ending, but yeah i really disliked jaehyuk through the majority of this. not even for the fact that he chased after yeonoh without even knowing his own feelings, but the fact that he had sex with yeonoh multiple times while he was under the influence, and that last instance (ch58 i think?) where he basically raped him while he was obviously drunk and drugged up (i actually teared up because that chapter was so hard to read). feel like he did not apologize nearly enough for those things but ive come to not expect much regarding dubcon in bl, at least yeonoh got his happiness in the end so oh well

I know the main story obviously isn't exactly happy lmfao but idk I feel like Hyungjae had a shift in his personality for these. Like for example he was obviously lying about Jung-Hoon looking at other guys, and I don't feel like he would have done that in the main story. He was reprehensible obviously but his intent and goals were obvious and had been explicitly spelled out, he just wanted Jung-Hoon to himself, and now that he has what he wanted I can't see why he's doing all this. The obvious is that he wants to make Jung-Hoon codependent on him so he can't leave, but he had basically already done that in the main story. These side chapters went from mindless mindbreak pwp to something kinda mean spirited imo lol
I also feel Jung-Hoon has had a disappointing change in personality. His IQ just seems to have plummeted and he's lost that spark of willpower that helped him survive the entire main series.
