Really? I just read Konbini-kun for like the fifth time and never made the connection. Damn, do I feel like dumbass.
...I wish. But apparently this Haru and Haru-kun from Konbini-kun are different. Haru-kun in Konbini-kun is in "Youthful Love" (which is on mangago), and his story is... disappointing imo (Haru-kun does not deserve this T^T)
