That new guy with the blue hair seems like he could be Pram’s nobleman brother.
This manhwa puts alot of emphasis on hair color. Most nobles have bright hair colors while commoners usually have the dark neutrals (brown, black etc).
Pram has bright blue hair cause he’s an illegitimate child of a noble, technically making him part noble. That Traquincy guy has the same exact shade as Pram’s hair color
