Years reading BL in general, and this one has been one of the few the left me speechless since forever. The trauma, the scars both of them faced were so deep for their young soul. Each found different way to cover up the scars, one chose to let loose and destroy their body in other to attand salvation and forgiveness, the other locked themselves in a barrier to not face distrust. Both didn't trust, they can't, despite both being brilliant people, they covered themselves away cause of the hurt.
Despite saying he is a monster, the seme in this story is one of the greenest I have seen, his S tendencies are mostly left during segg, outside of it, he cares for his partner, he noticed other people feelings, the uke can see other people desires and greed as he is trained while the Seme unconciously does that to protect himself too. I dislike how the uke treated the seme in volume 3 but it's amazing how the author makes me understood his actions, and I don't hate him for it. They are both too problematic, thank god they found each other, please stay together and don't bring misfortune to other please.
The old man seeing himself as the uke guardian tho, you almost get him killed, what the fuq is he still viewing himself as such for? Lol.
Anyway, love the side couple, after all the trauma of the main couple, these two are genuinely the healing, slice of life couple man. They are both very cute.
Also the character development is amazing, looking at them in the first volume to the fourth volume, Daimon becoming more confident and shines just as he deserved and Youhei learned to love himself, voice out his true wishes to Daimon is chef kiss. Youhei treated Daimon well, because god damn it, this guy is a true gem, and beast in bed but a gentelmen outside is really so rare in BL especially when they are written well.

Does this have love triangle or potential 3rd person trying to break into the main couple relationships? Are they a lot of miscommunication and r@pe? Just want to be sure cause I dislike those tropes.

There are attempts at r@pe by bad guys but they are stopped. There is no third party trying to make a love triangle as of yet. The actual boombaya is consensual between ML and MC. The only miscommunication is the secret the MC is keeping - the ML and MC relationship is sweet as hell and ML is super green flag and trusts the MC. This story is amazing and heart wrenching — highly recommend you read it!

I NEED MOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. THEY ARE SO CUTE, 10/10, THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE 2 OF THEM, WITH THEIR FRIENDS, WITH THE BACKGROUND CHARACTERS TOO. IT'S SO CUTE AND HEALTHY, AND SEXY, AND THEIR LITTLE KIDS. No bullshiet, getting jealous of your daughter/son getting the attention of your partner, nothing, just love. I love them so much why do I discovered this now. Please give me 3 more volumes of them. (And the young master and his body guard too I can SENSE it).
Anyone know more of this type of story please share me. ヾ(☆▽☆)

will drop this after reading the spoilier. I hate love triangle and unclear relationship boundaries. I hate even MORE when unbalance affection appeared in any relationship. Yeah it can happen at the start but after stuff is cleared I EXPECT both side to show equal affection at love, if not please move on proceed. Thank you for spoiling me this so I won't have to waste time on this story. Sad that it waste a decent setup between a guide and a non-combatant relationship.

The trauma took the time to heal. Both of them helped heal the other slowly, their relationship started to become something along the line too. I love that we have their complicated not-so-good reencounter, their by chances encounters that changes the other lives, AND their get-together eventually. The miscommunication was done just enough at the end, since both are adults, who can speak, and wants to settle things instead of holding it in, so there isn't the typical suffocating misunderstanding bullshiet that most webtoon used, just two adults wanting to love and get love. I love how Colton knew something is wrong and wants to clear things up by saying to Dawon that it is "HIM" that matters to him the most, not his work, not his status or whatever, which always has been Dawon pain, since no one sees him, only his talents and his works that matters in their eyes. Colton break all that and build him up again. The broken ceramics really a good image that goes with Dawon breakdown and then being patched up right after.
And Dawon directly help Colton, even when they both are just 'partners', help him get over Dylan, find courage to cut off his father for good. And also unknowingly healed him since way before. Thanks to all the pains, they finally found each other. I don't think I will like the prequel but I hope with how she paints this story, the author future works would be even better.
I have heard a lot about the 'Kiss me' series, and boi most of it is about heavy drama, and angst or miscommunciation plot line. Just to be sure, I want to ask:
- Does this contain a love triangle in the future? If yes, is it resolve fast? I don't like love triangle especially if the situation stays for a lot of chapters.
- Does this one mostly focus on the main couple loveline, focusing on healing or career or sth?
- Is there potential r*pe?
- Are there a lot of lying and miscommunication?
Please be honest, the amount of time I stumbled and dropped because of the above is too many to count. (Especially if the story of from Korea lol).
Thanks guys.
1. No love triangle so far. One of the side characters does have a crush on mc but he doesn’t give af and the male lead isn’t interested in anyone else either
2. Yeah, I’d say it focuses on the main couple love line.
3. With the male leads personality I feel like the chance isn’t zero but so far he has more anger issues and it doesn’t involve sex . And he is said to be pretty reserved than other dominant alphas and doesn’t like having orgys so I feel like he isn’t the type but it’s omegaverse u never know lol. If anything he’s a victim tho because he’s in a really vulnerable state against other omegas and gets taken advantage of when he’s in his rut sooo
4. Lyingggg well more like they don’t know the full truth yet but it’s bound to happen. And miscommunication is always there I’m lowkey a fan of it so I’m not the best judge but I’d say there hasn’t been any (or anything major) but they seem like a couple where it’s gonna be prevalent lol
I’d give it a try tho. I feel like the characters have a lot more depth esp the love interest he has family issues and some unresolved trauma that’s been mentioned. And the mc isn’t one too take crap and fights back so he’s pretty cool lol
thanks for the reply! I think I'll wait for a bit till the major issue that hasn't been talked about to pass then pick this up. I afraid I am impatient if not www.
Ya, I started reading the novel now lol
