My fault for lack of clarity, I've read many books with egg laying*. But this is one of very few full color comics that shows the birthing process. I've read it described in books before, I've seen it in a few short mangas, (including the giving birth to 10 kids with the demon king one, a very notable, surprisingly non-yaoi mention) :P. Rebirth has egg laying, but it's never shown, iirc. The lack of significant pregnancy scenes and newborn scenes in most series with pregnancy is quite sad, since those are often the hardest times and therefore I think worth writing about. But most skip to when the baby is a toddler already :/ especially in those plots where ML doesn't know about the kid, or walks away, or is a one night stand type situation. My head cannon is that if the author wrote MC struggling too much, we readers would all hate ML too much to want them to get back together :/. Idk how I got on that tangent, I think it's 2 things we don't see enough of. Birthing scenes and newborn scenes. But this series has been promising so far!!!

The main story was pretty ok, but I really liked the sides, I feel like that's what was missing on the main part of the story, just casual banter, without vague answers and cute interactions between them together
