author said so, i don't see any point in not giving a hint if it's ao or hiding it at all. the story already stated that mc is a top alpha, and with author's note that mc doesn't know the basic control of pheromones (so everyone would know anyway), we can be sure he is an alpha.
Inferna is definitely an alpha it was confirmed by the author at the end of chapter 34
