i think ian got that unmated alpha growth spurt to show the others that his dominant omega is actually responding to his advances. he had actually stopped growing before the manhwa but since eunsan is insisting on not mating, ian is growing proportionately according to the pheromones released between the two of them, while eunsan is getting heat-like symptoms. kind of like, we really really really want to dick each other down and bite down on each others’ throats but since its not happening yet we’re going to show everyone else physically dykwim?

im fucking in love with this story. the art style? delectable. the plot? out of this world. characters? some of the best ive ever seen. i can go on for days how underrated and brilliant this manhua is. wang yi and qin xian? just shot up to the top of my otp list. im in love with both of them. call me the bottom of a cultivation harem orgy bc im willing to take both of them (not in a fight). this fuckass (lovingly) story made me cry, laugh, shit myself, cry again, tweak out, scratch my head in confusion and so many things more.
this feels like the best possible fusion of global examination x omniscient reader’s viewpoint. im amazed. im at a loss for words. i keep tearing up. how did they keep getting prettier and prettier? i licked my screen clean. how are they so down bad for each other? will someone ever love me like qin xian loves wang yi? will someone ever teach me how to be, like qin xian taught wang yi? is this too much to ask for? i need them to make out, dick down, eat each other without censorship. i need to see that fucking saliva string tying them together like the way they tied each others’ souls together.
i wanna stare at them. qin xian save us. their facecards pulled them through the questionable plot points bc tell me you would’ve kept reading with some ugly ass character. let’s not lie to each other. i need more. im so invested now. i can’t believe i didn’t once get bored whilst reading 182 chapters. i actually understood everything (shocking ik). didn’t lose track of key points or nun. i love them. my humble gratitude is all i can offer to the one upstairs for bringing this author and artist duo together so we could be blessed by this beautiful, gorgeous, assshaking, earth-shattering manhua.
