Seems like the father could be the model. Suit guy did have sex with uke first. But model guy walk in after suit guy done the deed. He chased the suit guy out and cleaned up uke. (Panel only shows him using a cloth to wipe his thigh. Don't know if he did clean inside the uke)

When he was about to be done, uke woke up but he still wants more. The model guy then say "Sure, let's continue. I've always been treated as the suit guy's substitute"

They didn't show the sex. But they probably did it.

Time skip to about 50 mins later, uke is covered in blanket and model guy is not wearing a shirt. He does look a bit guilty. They showed this entire flashback of what happened that day at the end of season 1 (Chapter 32)

Jump to end of season 2 (Chapter 46), I didn't read the full thing yet, but the model guy mention about wanting to take responsibility over something but he couldn't now (I assume the pregnancy)

Can't really comment further since I have not read the full thing. I probably will understand better after reading everything.

btw, I read the chinese subs. Which is up to 46. Raw is up to 48?
