The chapters title is worrying me as far as I know la traviata is a tragic story and the main character died in the arms of her love one

yeah, it's even alluded in some panels too, the story about Lady Carmella is a reference to the book "Lady of the Camellias" which is where La Traviata is adapted from.

I read one of the commenters say that "Skar" is going to die so that Karel can live again, that's probably why it's titled that way. My bet is that he's going to commit social suicide before getting married to the Duchess so he can escape both sides that he's working for as a spy, how? I don't know. The Duchess could help him like she did with the uke, but she's also in love with seme so I don't know how that's gonna work; Julian could also swoop in and save their asses again once he learns that his bro's alive.
