After reading the novel, I conclude that the author is Satan incarnate and thrives off of misery and hopelessness. Literally everyone's got it shite (except Ilya's parents. fuck them (╬￣皿￣)凸) It's like they read "The Wolf's Lady" and decided it wasn't angsty enough. Even the ending, which is actually positive compared to the rest of the novel, is so bittersweet and :((

idk how I even got through all 18 chappies bc I sure as hell wasn't razzle dazzled by the plot, characters, or even the damn smut, but it was kind of like watching a really bad sitcom y'know (?) ngl kind of disappointed they didn't take the opportunity to make this more darker and mature than the og, especially since this is essentially a YEAR before her "death" and the characters should all mostly be twisted. Wasn't too big of a bother but as it went on it, something felt wrong. ...I guess this is just a comedic fun lil gift for Katerina fans.（￣へ￣）
Honestly same, this last chapter was literally the same interaction of the original story... I don't think a person who's been bullied for that long would easily trust someone, even if their intentions were good.
I thought this spin off would be more dramatic or even romantic, since the game's story has started, but it looks like they forgot all about the game. Maria didn't even seem interested in the guys again.
So yeah it's basically the same story of the original with a few more characters, smh. Then again it shows that the personality of Katarina is really the same in every reality: dense as a brick. #－.－)
