The ones who say it escalated quickly I don't think so they become mate so there no other choice ... Either the alpha to be a jerk and get him another omega ... And the one that have the worst position here is the omega though and I feel sad for him and angry too and I'm not sure maybe they are fate mate because of the fast things happened or as the omega said the alpha is so weak to pheromones.

The ending of chapter 5 shows how much Tatsumi (uke) likes Inui (seme) since the stronger the feelings, the stronger the reaction to the pheromones even if medicine is taken.
Guess it came as a shock to both of them to learn that the Uke's feelings run as deep as the Seme's.
