This story has a different place in my heart, it was the first story that I read which had alot of obsessive behaviors (in the ML) which I loveeedd so much and was on such a high to keep finding stories like this. Years later and this genre is still my guilty pleasure. The sides are totallyyy worth it

Damn I didn’t expect such a deep story for this one; I just read a little part of the synopsis and thought it was just a semi-comedy romcom (and in the first chapters wit Bexand and Minsuk it was just that too), but I also loveddd Ein and Leto and their relationship. Such a beautiful and complex story.

Idk but if this would be me, the last 2 I would ever pick would be Heesu and the ML. Obviously none of them were the right pick but Taejin and Chan where wayyy better then the other two. I didn’t quite understand why the ML chose him in the end if im quite honest, it didn’t feel like they had such a strong bond, the only one good memory they shared was when he brought him flowers and the one night they had one convo about the food he liked? Gotta be honest; it mostly feels like trauma bonding, they experienced very traumatic events together and needed eachother in that moment. Alot of people mistake this for love. The ML just needed a lifepurpose after fulfilling his mission and decided it would be the guilt. Dont know it just kinda felt like that since they had like no reasonable relationship.

If there is one thing about this story that I couldn’t get enough from its the scenes where the artist draws them pouting, randomly hitting eachother (also in chibi style) and that one panel where Eunhyuk puts the socks on his ears and says he’s a dog. Character I loved most was Hyobin, such a unwavering and solid character with alot of backbone (I also loved how he always got his friends back and told Dojae off in the beginning of the story).

Im sorry but can the seme get anymore irritating. That lousy apology is one of the worst ones i’ve ever heard ‘use me as a dildo’ what about going on your knees and begging? It’s becoming clearer that Yuta is trying to make a point; Seunghyun is the one that gave him a sliver of hope and compassion and he held on to that so tight it turned into a obsession and his way of (forced) life only made this bigger and Seunghyun (probably not even aware of it) broke that somewhere. Which for him may have felt like the end of the world seeing that he already didn’t have much to live for. It looks like he made it his mission to show and push Seunghyun to be the most ugly form of himself so they can both be on the rock bottom, which in both there lives means something different.

I think Seunghyun can be a very loving and caring character for his partner when put in the right place, and I think Yuta is just ultimately testing him to see how far he can go and actually wants that loving side of him but has been through too much. All the resentment he has build up over time is not gonna collapse by a couple sweet words and also not by a couple ‘bad actions’. Well that is my take on the story so far.
