I understand that he agreed to serve her, but she has literally no power over him. Him doing a dogeza for his daughter is hilarious, but for the girl?? What is she going to do? Call the guy who can defeat him? Michael Mcdoesn'texist? It's really stupid how even after all he's shown, she still thinks she's superior to him just because she's a noble...I don't know, I was just expecting an MC with a backbone since he's so powerful.

I like thise series just as much as the next person, but despite the ending being a bit weird, I think it settled everything in the series. Why are we getting a remake? One that even starts off with everyone in the same crew, hell, they filled the first chapter with exposition just so they could gloss over the characters. At least in the old series they got some development before joining the crew.

Wow, a love rival of sorts that doesn't resort to the age ol' "Imma beat you up punk! That's ma gurl!", and actually thinks rationally about how to win her back.

He WANTS to fight him yes. But he isn't doing so. At least not yet. As said, he thinks rationally about the situation and realised right away that he would only push Xia YuNing away. Even with the latest chapter, with Ye XingHe's unreasonable request he decides to go along.
So definitely a different kind of "rival", for a change. :)

True, at least he knows how to control himself, and use reason. I have a feeling thought that the two of them will fight, and become good friends. At least I hope so, since Ye XingHe doesn't have a Vegeta to his Goku, there's that kid from the early chapters, but I don't really think he fits the bill.
The killer queen part was hilarious, but the MC talks, and acts a lot like Jotaro. Every time he pulls out his cigar I can just imagine him thinking "yare yare daze".
