Sadly it is. The author caught tendinitis and had to rush the ending before her condition further worsened and she could no longer draw. It's sad really how great mangaka's develop health conditions that prevent them from finishing their ideal story.
I wonder if she can write a text-based continuation like a novel or something. I'm just really curious about the ending. ;;_;;
