Unfortunately author said it's never going to happen because both of them are alpha, and getting pattern is possible only if pertners are alpha and omega

A: If Colton and Jinwoo make an effort(?) the locations of their tattoos could change. The scar shapes won't change since they're both alphas, but they'll change to something only they'll recognize.
It was almost good until they added the unnecessary grape scene in the side story ¯_ಠ_ಠ_/¯
