There’s no cheating. They aren’t really engaged and aren’t in a relationship during the time he was with other girls.

That’s not canon. If you reread that small comic again, you’ll notice that the art style is old, so it’s from years ago. It was also not even part of the official chapters and is just one of the art that uploader a took from the artist’s social media account- then put all the art together into a “special/side chapter.” When those chapters don’t even exist and wouldn’t be included in the actual manga.

I also wouldn’t ever trust any special/extra chapter that shows “future” scenes that haven’t even happened in the main story lmao.
