In my opinion i think the mc was too soft and kind to the ml like you lost your EYESIGHT and he didn't even dare to protect you nor atleast show a bit anger when he got into an accident to the guy who clearly have a BAD Intention and was being a spoiled ass brat, and he literally said "he's throwing a tantrum, he will comeback" HELLO?!! your lover just lost his eyesight your not even going to worry abt him how could you be so sure he will comeback(unfortunately our mc did come back) when he asked for break up you just agreed so fast like No questions? No hesitation? Tbh i really like the doctor but i wouldn't want them to end up maybe friends would be fine. And the ml should have suffer a little bit more like the mc should've been more cold to him（/TДT)/
