I don’t know if it’s just me but MC look a bit like the MC from Cherry Blossom after Winter or something
Also, good story but the ending kinda feels like rush to me. I was expecting more of dramatic revelation when they both learned the actually know each other from middle scchool. Feels anticlimatic to me.

YES IT IS Especially if you like psychological conflicts, this one is so well-written and well executed, it has a very realistic approach on mental health, the smut is top tier and their relationship is amazing!
