Idk how old he is but this shit looked shota so I dug back a few chapters...in vol 3 chpt 7.2 noelle did a tv interview where they asked noel if he had a lover and in vol 5 chpt 10.5 he was drinking alcohol at a party in one scene, in another donald chastised him about acting like an adult and in yet another flashback we learn donald is at most 4-6 years older than noel bc he was a kid when he met noel playing at a park.
I mean yeah he looks like a child, I really liked the first couple but as long as he's above 18 it's okay but I get what you mean!!

The story is completed, there’s nothing new coming out. He had enough time to get his act together, but he continued to act like a dick and lust after the mc even after he was in a relationship with someone else. No regards for any of them, he’s disrespectful asf.
