I think that Hikaru was prepared to let Masaya take him. But I think that either Masaya just pretended to insert himself into Hikaru or they performed double penetration in Yukio. Because notice how Yukio begins to moan louder at page 13. He was either moaning louder to distract the camera from seeing Masaya not enter Hikaru or moaned louder because Masaya entered him as well.
