Well, I have this hunch after reading some of your comments. Perhaps they are just introducing Sean first and we'll get to know the very first child of the mansion. The cover photo includes hyunho in the middle while sean was on the right side which means he's also a main character but the real main character isn't reveal or yet to come. Most of the chapters are solely focus on Sean while we only have a glimpse of Hyunho. It might be hyunho who's pretending to be a good kid. Welp, dead mansion might call Sean the greatest product the other kid might be call something else. Of course, it couldn't be the greatest too. You might be right if he's the good child.
