did she just easily forgive that stupid brother of hers? Not actually her real brother but Rene's brother lol. He's not actually apologizing but still insulting Rene. Why did she forgive him it would better if she made a rebuttal for that. How could she easily forgive him when she experience and knew the truth how Rene was treated.
I was expecting some badass MC with unforgiving nature — but damn I was wrong. It would better if she just proved Rene's innocent and they would really felt guilty how they treated her.
I agree. I love this whole story otherwise, and the MC is usually great. It's just with this one instance I'm a bit disappointed.

We all know he doesn’t think of anyone as family lol. We’ve seen enough of his family history and discovered how he views the FL in this recent chapter to know better. That man just says words. He has such a carefree personality to me that it’s basically all it took for me understand why he kissed her back without much thought.
