The person definitely looks like the doctor but with him saying "new body" I was thinking that it was Judas but underwent the same age recession like MC, MC was on the brink of death when it happened to him and Judas was practically almost dead so it could've happened to him as well?
Plus I don't think the doctor would actually join Pietro's side after all that? But Judas definitely would.
