I’m so so glad that for once the friend character isn’t some backstabber or just trying to get in the way of the MCs relationship etc., and is actually an amazing and supportive, real friend. I felt so anxious for DG though omg, it’s always terrifying coming out to close friends/family because you never know if you’re going to lose them because of it, but I’m glad everything went well for DG and Jiwon. :,) (Also DG’s squishy fish-face, my heart wasn’t ready （/TДT)/ )

Ok but can we take a moment to appreciate how amazingly hilarious Jiwon’s expressions and reactions are now after being all “I’m so stoic and stone-cold, blah blah blah” in the very beginning? He seems like a kicked/jealous puppy sometimes in recent chapters and I’m living for it

Ok but I love when BL brings up actual issues like how hard coming out is, and how it can impact relationships with other people and life in general. A lot of stories don’t want to tackle it because they’re just meant to be lighthearted and not really show any of what it’s like for actual lgbt people, or show anything of what actual gay relationships are like, but this one kind of touches on it so far and I think that’s cool. Most of the time with BL/yaoi the only way they actually touch on coming out is the whole “surprise, there’s pictures of y’all kissing or something and if you don’t do whatever I tell you I’m gonna show everybody” blackmail thing, which gets a little annoying. It’s kind of refreshing to see, and I’m soooo happy we get some fluff and real talk now after all DG and Jiwon’s hardships lmao. Cute Jiwon is my weakness ╥﹏╥♡
Ok but can we please just appreciate for a second Jiwon’s change from “stone-cold heartless” to the doting “finish your assignment and STOP PROCRASTINATING” boyfriend because ugh （/TДT)/
