the art is legit, not bad. Too fan-servicey and kinda shitty how they made a lil girl dress in a revealing outfit and it's potential was thrown away just for some fan service. The unrealistic body proportions are there like BLATANTLY there when there are fight scenes and it could've been better if all parties were dressed and it was made into.... borderline porn. The art not bad tho, good shapes and usage of shading. Potential as a series bad but art is good(in some parts)

Like it doesn't seem right somehow?? The art style is normal, most of the art kinda feels weird tho. And I keep thinking about how the weirdness is similar to AI art. Like as I am reading, the feeling just gets stronger and stronger and I notice small things that could be just a normal mistake but a lot of like a weird feeling when I read it. I'll continue but... the feeling kinda cuts in a lot and idk why. This kinda the first time I felt like this while reading something too.
I feel exactly the same. The story is interesting, I really needed manhwa like that about cultivation, but the art style keeps bugging me off.

I think it would've been better if Lucas had a affection for her that is not romantic but more platonic and kinda like a brother kinda thing. The romance is awful. But the fact that we have been traumatized by many manga that ship children with adults(that they usually raise) is awful . Expecting it is horrible but I hope this don't go down a weird route. Reading all these "wholesome family" manga has hurt me enough to just be scared whenever they say ANYTHING about their kid that can be seen as.... possible weird/wrong indications of "romance". Reading how she was so mature scared me

I think she's more of the cool aunt type/energy to be honest. Although not motherly per say, she would make good on protecting the kids and doing right by them (as she has already demonstrates when she agreed to protect and look after then if anything happened to their father; she made that promise after all)
