that's actually not how it is though! bleeding during sex is a sign of tearing of some sort which doesn't have to happen. if the receiving party is properly prepared (lubricated and relaxed, which applies for both vaginal and anal sex), there will be no bleeding whatsoever!
that being said, if you are on hormonal birth control and have vaginal sex, there's a greater chance of the walls of the vagina bleeding (hormonal BC dries out the walls of the vagina, so there can sometimes be bleeding if you have sex around 2 or so weeks after your period, because that is when the vagina is most dried out! this has to do with the fact that you're not ovulating and you're not on your period, so there's no extra mucus going through). it's not 100% guaranteed, and the bleeding is super minimal even if it does happen, but again, if properly prepared, there should be no bleeding.
as for anal sex, there's a higher chance for tearing and bleeding, but that doesn't mean it has to happen! if the receiver of the anal sex is lubed up, so to speak, and is relaxed, there shouldn't be any tearing, which means no bleeding. certain positions can make tearing more likely as the penetration will be deeper, and the girth of the penis/toy that is penetrating the anus can also affect the likelihood of tearing/bleeding, but AGAIN, if properly prepared, there should be no bleeding!
