I feel like yall don't understand how toxic tj is. when Ian murdered that guy, tj had the power to get Ian off scott free. but since Ian wanted to leave the gang, tj needed a plan to make him stay, hence why he asked for a 2 year sentence, so that Ian had a record and it wouldn't be possible for him to find work easily, making him depend on tj (⊙…⊙ ) messed up
