So, I think that the MC might actually have divine powers because there’s no way that the other god (allegedly his rapist, according to some spoilers) has them and he doesn’t
Plus, there’s also plenty of hints that he’s more connected to divinity than at first sight—considering he found the purple flowers whereas everyone else hasn’t, possesses the unique mark of the god, and has an amazing ability to persuade people easily (referencing the first couple of chapters when he and his friends mentions that he’d be able to run a cult)
Maybe he just needs those same purple flowers to help unlock his hidden potential?
The only other ideas that could explain how the other god “created” that necklace without involving divine magic is either A) he brought it with him from the modern world or B) he likes crafting things himself and made it
