I only heard a little, so basically, Alphonso is going to a war and Ari will be forcefully betrothed with King, but Cesar comes to rescue and he change the name written on the marriage vows from Leo de Carlo to Cesar de Carlo. Ari thus becomes Cesar's fiancée in her second life. Also, Ari fall in love with Cesar again. He slept with her sister after the Spring festival and he said He was drunk and thought her sister is Ari, so he slept with her which leads to them breaking the engagement. Later on, when Alphonso came back, they clear up the misunderstanding and got engaged

I know this isn't proper of me, but i root for Shinpei and Satoko or whatever, why? yk, that girl never even blushes near Kotaro (he literally has the second lead vibes) like gurl, Kotaro has been together with her since they were kids and she has never see him other than friend, if you don't understand this, just reread and look at Satoko's expression near Kotaro. Even if she did smile at him, it's because they're close and she was happy to see him. Back to Shinpei and Satoko relationship, i know Shinpei is soooo obsessed, well that's because he don't know anything about love since he has always lived in the brothel where he won't learn anything about love but pleasure. He's also a killer too, that's why he never got to learn human normal emotions.
