all this is cute but.. he's not clearing up the misunderstanding.. all he gotta say is "no matter if you then out to be a beta, omega, or alpha NY feelings for you won't change" LIKE JUST SAY IT. PLEASE

They don't have to break up over a misunderstanding though, it could be that the mc condition is worsening, or he has to move to recive better treatment.. there are multiple routs you can take where they split up and meet again in the future many things that would be better over a simple misunderstanding

oh, I agree.. I always come up with scenario's for alternate obstacles. haha.. But I was just addressing the 'misunderstanding' one.. I mean, if they want to do that story, then write it in a way that one character never says the simple words that would stop the big break up.. I get the need for the angst plot device, just be more clever about it.

I was scared there for a second but I'm so glad he's willing to finally take that first step into recovery! my babys finally getting better omg on a side note I wanna adress somethings
So considering the MC's perspective this is a really important turning point. He's literally and figuratively saying goodbye to his family and his unborn child. That is why he told the ml "I'm going to say my goodbyes now" that's is literally what he was going to do. To him it doesn't sound weird because he's actually saying his goodbyes. so this was literally just a miscommunication/misunderstanding not done purposely (despite what most comments are saying)
And this is why I honestly love this bl so much. all the purity complex in most bls that try to be deep often lack the element on individual character personality character growth. these characters are maturing for the sake of the relationship and themselves individually. When the ml started therapy to help his husband through the loss was not only a benefit to the relationship but a benefit to himself as well to understand emotions and its effect better. when the mc is finally taking that step to recovery it not only benefits the relationship but it also finally gives him that self peace he's been searching for.
(I totally wasn't crying during this scene)

You can tell who here actually paid attention in English during the rhetoric lesson and who didn't, those who has unrealistic expectations about love and those who don't, those who have a purity complex and those who don't, Those who have been a relationship and those who haven't, and those who know how social anxiety and depression works and those who dont. I find this whole thing hilarious.
Despite what everyone's saying the ex's input was definitely the push the mc needed. no matter who's side your on the mc reaction to what the ex said is definitely the turning point we've all been waiting for. no matter if you like the ex or not he was definitely important to get the story going into the right direction
seeing everyone's reactions got me feeling weird cause my reaction was "LETS GOO" when the mc let go of his hand not cause I hated the mc but because with this the ml could finally realize his feelings, like did you SEE the ml face?? there were TEARS
