In my perspective I think that man was once a religious fellow finally lost his mind and has been creating his very own 'children' to fulfill his inhumane desires. And maybe even brainwashed some sisters along the way or convincing them to make 'a new world' just for them.

No it's okay.. it's an interesting story after all. He himself had that design on his belly like he carved one the stomach of that guy who died(forgot if they even mentioned his name).. so I think he has a womb too? Since that's what the carving procedure lead to? So maybe he is after all their father?
Good character development for Soobin and Jun.. they somewhat became a little opposite of what they originally were(▰˘◡˘▰)
