I just cringe, tell the story to a friend, cringe again and hope I never have to intersect in life with anyone who was witness to my embarrassment.
Second-hand embarrassment is when ur embarrassed by something someone ELSE says/does. Just fyi.
But when I embarrass myself I just remember there are SO many ppl below me in this world. No matter how embarrassing I might be, there are people out there who are straight up retarded and delusional and ugly and people still love them. So I'm good.
That's first hand but I just tell myself "people will forget and die too someday." cus I mean, it doesn't matter. Why they holding to that memory? Worry about your finances gurl and not my pants being ripped off during a dance.
